    Wild Farmed

    FLOUR

    We love Wild Farmed flour because it’s made from wheat grown using regenerative farming methods that improve soil health and biodiversity, while also delivering excellent flavour and baking performance making our bread, muffins and cookies taste delicious.

    Cacklebean Eggs

    Cackleberry Farm is an amazing Cotswold farm, where they put their chickens and cockerels first, allowing them to roam freely outside, and maintaining the highest of welfare standards and practices. Cacklebean eggs are a deep golden colour, and have a delicious, rich flavour.

    We love our partnership with AIX Rosé and have been serving their rosé since we opened in 2016. A premium Provence rosé, celebrated for its elegant balance of fresh red fruit, citrus and mineral notes. We think it’s perfect for sipping in the sun on the terrace.

    HG Walter is a renowned London butcher, celebrated for its expertly-sourced, traditionally-butchered meat, from high-welfare British farms. With exceptional traceability, quality and flavour, their produce helps us serve the most delicious burgers, bacon and chicken.

    SMOKED SALMON

    Delicious Alfred Enderby smoked salmon has a rich, delicate flavour and silky texture, traditionally smoked over oak in Grimsby by Patrick Salmon, using time-honoured methods that have been perfected over more than a century.

    ICE CREAM

    Brickell’s is a family-run artisan ice cream maker, based in Somerset, making all-natural, custard-style ice cream with milk from local dairies. Their ice creams are made from scratch, using simple ingredients, and with no artificial additives or stabilisers.

About Us

Pear Tree Cafe was opened in 2016 by two chefs - Annabel Partridge and Will Burrett - next to an idyllic, picturesque lake inside Battersea Park.

Annabel and Will met while working with Skye Gyngell at Petersham Nurseries. They went on to work in some of the world’s most renowned restaurants, including Spring Restaurant at Somerset House (which they helped to open) and Chez Panisse in California.
