*Ordinarily, the park gates are locked at 10:30pm, and we therefore close at 10:00pm, with last orders at 9:45pm. However, we can ask the Parks Police to keep Chelsea Gate open later for you. The Parks Police fee for late opening is £458.88 + VAT. Permission is granted on a case-by-case basis and, if granted, you are welcome to stay until midnight, with last orders at 11:00pm.

  • You are welcome to provide your own playlists, musicians or DJ, or we can put you in touch with our regular musicians (we would ask that you arrange and settle the fee directly with the musician please)

  • You are welcome to provide your own flowers, balloons or decorations (standard set-up will be dimmed lights and tea lights dotted around)

  • In order to secure a date for your booking, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the minimum spend. This is fully refundable until 14 days before your event.

    The balance of your invoice is due 48 hours before your event.
