Annabel trained under Skye Gyngell and worked at Petersham Nurseries and Spring restaurant. She then went on to create Supper in a Pear Tree, a hugely popular supper club, combining delicious food and art. In 2016, Annabel opened Pear Tree Cafe in Battersea Park, followed by a second cafe on Clapham Common in 2019, and our newest cafe, opened in 2024, in Lincoln's Inn Fields. The three cafes continue to thrive under her strong management and clear vision.
Lucy trained in Ireland at Ballymaloe Cookery School and went on to work in a number of London restaurants, including Clipstone, Quality Chop House and of course Pear Tree Cafe, before taking up the role of head chef for a wealth management firm. She has also appeared on Professional Masterchef! Lucy came back to Pear Tree Cafe in 2024, to oversee the development of our menus.
